The Danish competence profile for ´scouts´ relates to the regulation for the Coherent Youth Efforts in the Danish municipalities (2018, own translation).
The Danish competence profile was elaborated by the Danish project partners EUK/KL and Moeve during Youth in transition. The profile for the “kontaktperson+” includes and extends the kompetencer, which are recommended by the Danish Ministry of Education for the formal “kontaktperson”.
The extension is based on the ambitions that Denmark supports by having joined the Sustainability Goals of the United Nations (2015).
More specifically, needs for additional competences have also been stated, when extending the cross-professional cooperation in the municipalities to encompass partners from vocational educationa and training as well as from the commercial and civil sector.
